Set an Appointment

Hello there, here is a guide on how to set an appointment and some frequently asked questions.

How to set an appointment for marriage counseling?

For online counseling, my usual schedule is weekdays at either 4pm or 6pm. Session is done through my Facebook page messenger.

For face-to-face counseling I can meet with you at UGAT Foundation office in Ateneo de Manila University in Katipunan (please scroll at the end of the post for the map). My availability is every Tuesday (1pm and 3pm).

Kindly send me a message so we can agree on the schedule.

Can I cancel the set appointment?

Yes you may. In fact, I would appreciate it if you will notify me as early as you can so I can offer the slot to other clients. The said clients will also have ample time to adjust their schedule.

How much is the fee per session?

Fee is on donation basis, thus, any amount will do.

For online counselling you may send your donation via Paypal/credit card or BPI account (9809041139) before or after the counselling session.

For face-to-face counseling, donation will be given in person and will go to UGAT Foundation.

Can I come individually or should I bring my spouse?

Online counseling is for individuals only.

For face-to-face counseling, I meet individual and couple clients.

How long does one session last? How many sessions do we need?

One session takes 1-2 hours. The number of sessions will largely depend on you. If you think that you can already manage your conflict on your own and can practice the relational skills I shared with you, then you may want to terminate the therapy. I can advise you if you need to continue the sessions, but then again, it will still be up to you.

What issues do you handle?

I handle relational issues such as marital infidelity, emotional abuse (for the abused partner only), conflict resolution/management problem, communication problem and the likes. In cases where one spouse is meeting signs of narcissism, anti-social, and other personality disorders, I would usually refer this to other professionals.

What is UGAT Foundation and where is it located?

The Ugnayan at Tulong para sa MaralitangPamilya (UGAT) Foundation, Inc., is a non- stock, non-profit, non-government organization. It aims to provide social, psycho-emotional and spiritual interventions for the families’ personal and relational well-being. UGAT is located at 2nd floor ISO-Residence Extension Bldg., Ateneo de Manila University, Katipunan Road, Loyola Hts., Q.C.

Feel free to send me a message HERE to set an appointment or if you have further inquiries.

Thank you and God bless!
